The food we offer tends toward the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean, though cuisines from throughout the world influence and inform our cooking. We love to serve antipasti displays of cheeses, fresh breads, salumi, grilled vegetables, olives and other little snacks and bocconcini.

Delicata Catering, established in 2006 and moved to the Upper Valley in 2008, is owned and operated by Jed Cohan, a UVM graduate who trained in New York and worked in kitchens in New York and Vermont.
